Job Summary

The VP B2B is responsible for defining the vision of the area and executing business strategies to ensure the sustainable growth of the operation. This role must ensure the construction and operation of a business model that helps achieve the defined objectives, develop the potential of all product lines and segments and design innovation strategies for customers in the different segments and lead the people agenda to foster a positive work culture. The VP B2B is also responsible for designing the organization, allocating resources effectively to drive sustainable growth in a constantly evolving market, building a solid leadership team, representing B2B on the local executive committee and maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities- Define and execute commercial strategies, projects and technological solutions to ensure sustainable growth.- Establish a winning business model and develop growth and innovation strategies for the B2B sector- Lead the people agenda and manage talent to create an appropriate work culture.- Allocate resources effectively to drive sustainable growth in a constantly evolving market.- Design the organization and build a top-tier leadership team to manage and operate the business.- Represent B2B in the local executive committee and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.- To lead and control the planning, design, development, and management of sales plans, channels, and marketing strategies for the segments under scope.- Establish growth strategies in target markets and ensure adequate market share according to profitability criteria.- Lead, develop, and implement customer care strategies, establish policies and guidelines for customer management across all available contact channels to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills- Experience in corporate customer service to provide both technical and administrative support, ensuring a high level of service that guarantees the stability and sustainable growth of the area for demanding clients.- Extensive experience in high-level private and public interinstitutional relations, including interactions with C-level executives and high-ranking government officials.- Deep expertise (9 to 10 years) in executing and designing technical and consultative sales strategies for various markets and customer types, understanding the consultative sales process for digital and complex products.- Proficiency in designing and managing multichannel strategies (stores, telesales, field sales/Door-to-Door, service channels, and face-to-face commercial interactions) across various formats (1:1, 1 to Few, 1 to Many, and Massive).- Mastered negotiation skills for high-value negotiations and complex large project negotiations with procurement negotiators and CXOs of the largest companies in the country.- High-level leadership skills to manage a team of diverse talents (commercial, service, architects, engineers, specialists, etc.), and the ability to organize them into diverse teams working towards customer satisfaction while maintaining a culture and climate that is key to the unit's success.- Knowledge in various areas such as pricing, product development, project management, marketing & promotions, finance, logistics, technical operations, partners and providers management, process management and improvement to define customer and internal journeys for optimal functioning.- English proficiency to work with presentations and Interact with an international audience.
