We are seeking a Sr QA Engineer, with a startup mindset, willing to work with a multidisciplinary team to build user-facing features on key business product verticals. This position is 100% remote, based in Perú, and will report to the Pod Engineering Manager.

**As the Sr QA Engineer, you will...**
- Identify and create tests, based on user stories acceptance criteria.
- Run Manual adhoc and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document and reproduce software defects.
- Develop and execute UI and API automated test scripts.
- Develop and execute performance tests.
- Create an automated regression test suite.
- Generate test reports to track software quality metrics.
- Collaborate with the product engineers to ensure the quality during the delivery process and get defects resolutions

**Who You Are**
- 5+ years of experience in black box testing.
- 2+ years of experience testing and automating API services as well as testing and automating UI.
- Knowledge on performance testing.
- Knowledge coding in Python, Java, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or equivalent language
- Solid experience with test cases designing and execution.
- Fluent in Spanish and English required
- Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly, and a great sense of humor
