The Role
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Group Leader to join our Platform Managed Services team. This leader will act as the main organizational point of contact, focusing on the strategic direction and capability development of the team. The role involves ensuring compliance with agreed-upon client objectives and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main organizational point of contact for the Service Group within the Platform Managed Services team.- Focus on the strategic direction and capability development of the team.- Ensure compliance with agreed-upon client objectives and SLAs.- Manage projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.- Resolve conflicts and make strategic decisions.- Lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
Who You Are
Required Skills and Experience- Experience managing projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.- Knowledge of data management technologies, including relational and non-relational databases, ETL tools, and Big Data platforms.- Azure training track.- ITIL Foundations Certification.
Preferred Skills and Experience- Collaboration and communication skills, able to work well in a team and collaborate with developers, security analysts, and other IT professionals.- Knowledge of DevOps culture and experience working in an agile and collaborative team environment.- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Experience with conflict resolution and strategic decision making.
