**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a constant stream of troubleshooting tickets
- Researching, evaluating, and resolving technical issues
- Working closely with agents to ensure they have what they need to complete their daily tasks
- Meeting 1:1 with agent(s) to provide or gather clarification in order to provide assistance
- Ability to guide agents, and sales management, through a complicated annual certification process
- Ability to review data to identify trends and issues
- Collaborate with agents, sales management, and business teams to understand and complete end-to-end solutions for initiatives
- Update agents profile and settings to match system and program requirements
- If on-site position, working together with other teams to ensure a successful, safe, and fun call center environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Desirable 2 years of sales center experience (not mandatory)
- Understanding of call center metrics
- Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing business insights and recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced English level required.
- Ability to work independently to complete detailed tasks, well organized and high attention to detail
- Able to navigate multiple interfaces to handle day to day tasks
- Note taking,-ask lots of questions
