**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and communicates the S&OP program (1-year business plan) of DSA with BU's and GW's
- Captures and analyzes the best internal information from S&OP and from other areas of the company, and external information from the market and the industry to face difficult negotiations and to make complex and balanced decisions that allow the business of GW’s, DSA and BU’s to be profitable
- Communicates area and market intelligence reports to BU's and GW's
- Leads frequent meetings with BU's and GW's
- Responsible for delivering, managing, and providing daily execution support of large-scale projects and programs
- Serves as primary liaison with IS to troubleshoot newly reported system issues (focused on EBA, IBP, Forecasting, Pallet Builder/PTI and others which impacts business end users)
- Document new reports and/or new requirements to existing reports, and is responsible for report validation (must understand all data sources and the various needs of the reports to support successful business execution)
- Leads the team to develop and deploy critical KPI’s and dashboards to aide in elevated performance
- Instills and leads a mindset of continuous improvement within the S&OP organization and the advancement of critical projects and initiatives for S&OP
- Drives the team to pursue continuous improvement of the Supply and Demand alignment process, tools, execution insights, and KPI’s
- Drives effective end to end communication and awareness to ensure service challenges are mitigated from supply disruptions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Operations / Supply Chain
- MBA preferred
- Professional experience : At least 5 years in an Engineering / Operations / Supply Chain role
- Areas of experience: S&OP / Supply Chain / Operations
- English needed
- Experience Managing People (years): At least 3 years needed
- Professional experience on the **functional area**: Desired experience on Supply Chain IS (ERP, IBP, WMS) design and implementation
- Certifications and Technical skills:
PMO certificate preferred (intermediate)

Systems implementation experience like Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, SAP, Anaplan (intermediate)
