We will facilitate deals that allow sellers to stay as renters while allowing investors to purchase rental properties where tenants treat the property as if it was their own. S2R will bring to mainstream America what corporate America has had for decades: Lease-Backs. We will allow homeowners to unlock equity from their most significant asset, their home, while allowing them to stay as renters.

Description of the type of individual we are looking to add to our team

A dynamic thinking team player that takes pride in their work. Passionate to learn different facets of web programming, systems integration and big data management within an entrepreneurial company. Self-motivated and can work independently with mínimal supervision. A trustworthy, reliable individual who enjoys new challenges and is always motivated to excel and lead.

Our Sr. PHP Developer will work closely with our CTO to design, improve, update, test and deploy code for our web sites and APIs, as well as 3rd party software providers, integrating the flow of information across all areas of the organization. The Sr. PHP Developer will help our Sales, Marketing and Operations desks to improve efficiency and execute product cycle in the best and most reliable way for our customers, while providing management with the right tools to measure and gauge all relevant KPIs and metrics for the company.

Work with our CTO and cross-functional teams to create and improve code across IT areas

Work with 3rd party vendors and their technical support teams to integrate with their services.

Code for areas including, but not limited to:

- CRM
- Marketing Campaigns
- Investor / Realtor Portal
- VoIP / Telephony Gateways
- Lead Vendor APIs
- General Real Estate Data across the United States, API integrations

Support internal QA

Work with Management to create KPI / metric based reports

Work with the business analyst to help manage advanced analytics thru (big) data in Excel and Tableau.

Ability to research new interfaces to adapt to the product.

Background of the Programmer
- Good command of both oral and written English.
- Deep experience with PHP, HTML + SQL (MySQL preferred), Jquery
- Experience in Systems Integration / APIs
- Mac / Windows environments a plus
- VoIP / Telephony integration experience a plus
- Experience with [Zoho] CRM is a plus, including DELUGE language
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook needed
- Experience with G-Suite environment: Google Drive, Docs, Conference and Mail
- Strong sense of cybersecurity protocols and work ethic
