- **MISIÓN DEL PUESTO**:
Brindar soporte a la gestión SHEQ y Operativa en el servicio o contrato, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a la legislación de HSE aplicable, requisitos del cliente y mantenimiento y mejora del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (Calidad, Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente) de la Empresa; asimismo administrar el sistema de gestión SHEQ de los contratos que le fueran asignados asegurando la disponibilidad y las condiciones óptimas de los recursos para realizar un trabajo seguro.
- **FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**:

- Elaboración y presentación de documentación en materia de seguridad, salud, medio ambiente y calidad para el servicio / contrato asignado, bajo los estándares de la empresa y del cliente..
- Coordinar y gestionar con el médico ocupacional requerimientos de salud ocupacional del servicio/ contrato asignado..
- Apoyar en la implementación de las normas ISO 14001, ISO 45001 e ISO 9001 en los servicios/ contratos asignados.
- Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de SHEQ (capacitaciones, inspecciones, simulacros, monitoreos, entre otros) en los servicios/ contratos asignados..
- Participar en las auditorías e inspecciones de SHEQ realizadas por los clientes del servicio/ contratos asignados, ACP y externas.
- Dictar y/o gestionar cursos de SHEQ según se requiera en los servicios/ contratos asignados..
- Cumplir con los lineamientos establecidos en la gestión SHEQ de la empresa, en manuales, procedimientos, u otros documentos que forman parte de la plataforma documentaria del SIG de Atlas Copco.
- Participar activamente en el desarrollo, implementación y mejora del SIG.
- Realizar gestiones administrativas, tales como compras y otras con el fin de asegurar que se cuentan con los recursos necesarios para la ejecución del contrato / servicio.
- Realizar informes gerenciales mensualmente con indicadores de mantenimiento.
- Coordinar con el cliente y los técnicos la programación de trabajos a ejecutar
- Coordinar con el responsable del contrato del cliente reuniones de control, evaluación y oportunidades de mejora en el contrato.

**Académico**
- Titulado y colegiado de las carreras de Ingeniero de minas, ingeniero ambiental, ingeniero de seguridad e higiene industrial, ingeniero industrial, Ingeniero mecánico o afines..
- Deseable diplomado o curso de especialización en Prevención de riesgos o similar.
- Deseable diplomado o curso de especialización de en sistemas integrados de gestión bajo ISO 9001, ISO 45001 e ISO 14001 o Interpretación de las normas ISO 9001, ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.
- Indispensable contar con 120 horas de capitación en materia de seguridad, salud en el trabajo., debe incluir capacitaciones de alto riesgo, Seguridad eléctrica, aislamiento y bloqueo de energías peligrosas.

**Conocimientos**
- Conocimiento en la legislación aplicables en materia de seguridad, salud en el trabajo y medio ambiente.
- Deseable manejo de inglés Nível Intermedio.

**Experiência**
- Experiência de 3 años en gestión de seguridad, salud en el trabajo medio ambiente y calidad; haciendo inspección/ supervisión de SST y medio ambiente en trabajos de mantenimiento mecánico, eléctrico, comisionamiento u otros afines en el sector industrial.
- **INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL**
- Lugar de trabajo en Lima - Perú.
- Disponibilidad para viajar al interior del país y brindar servicio a unidades mineras.
- **RESPONSABILIDADES SHEQ**
- Cumplir con los lineamientos establecidos en la gestión SHEQ de la empresa, en manuales, procedimientos, u otros documentos que forman parte de la plataforma documentaria del sistema integrado de gestión.
- Participar activamente en el desarrollo, implementación y mejora del sistema integrado de gestión de la empresa.
