Responsibilities & Tasks:

- Legal due diligence on claims to be purchased.
- Running background checks on parties.
- Working in a team to execute transactions.
- Preparing documents to support the legal conclusion for the investment committee’s review.
- Managing the deal pipeline.
- Day to day liaison with 3rd party advisors.

**Profile**:

- Experience with reviewing insurance claims.
- Transactional services due diligence experience.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to take initiative and be comfortable working in a small dynamic environment.

**Salary**: S/.2,700.00 per month
