Produce and distribute legal information and financial reports according to IFRS's.
- Preparation of other reports required by local entities (SMV, BCR, INEI, among others)
- Preparation of the monthly Financial Statements of the 5 companies
- Preparation of the monthly Financial Templates with the main financial variables for the 5 companies.
- Preparation of the PowerPoint presentation with the quarterly results and the Quarterly Reports with the explanations of the variations to be shared with the managers.
- Preparation with the help of the Financing area of the Financial Reports for investors (Earning Release).
- Carry out reviews of accounting records and controls and maintain management information systems and processes in accordance with applicable IFRS.
- Discuss and modify draft reports with department managers before issuing the final audit report to the company's general management, investors, shareholders, and other local entities.
- Provide input for financial audits and serve as primary contact for external audit staff.
- Prepare the management information based on the data received from the Accounting, Financing and Treasury areas, Planning and other department managers.
- Provide support in the analysis of changes in IFRS, as well as the analysis of the impact on the financial statements.
- Provide assistance in new projects related to financial reports for internal departments.

- Preparación de otros informes requeridos por entidades locales (SMV, BCR, INEI, entre otros)
- Preparación de los Estados Financieros mensuales de las 5 compañías
- Preparación de los Templates Financieros mensuales con las principales variables financieras para las 5 compañías.
- Preparación de la presentación en power point con los resultados trimestrales y los Reportes Trimestrales con las explicaciones de las variaciones para ser compartido con las gerencias.
- Preparación con ayuda del área de Financiamiento de los Reportes financieros para los inversionistas (Earning Release).
- Llevar a cabo revisiones de registros y controles contables y mantener los sistemas y procesos de información gerencial de acuerdo con las NIIF aplicables
- Discutir y modificar borradores de informes con los gerentes de departamento antes de emitir el informe de auditoría final a la gerencia general de la empresa, los inversionistas, los accionistas y otras entidades locales.
- Proporcionar información para auditorías financieras y funcionar como contacto principal para el personal de auditoría externa.
- Preparar la información de gestión a partir de los datos recibidos del área de Contabilidad, de Financiamiento y Tesorería, de Planning y otros gerentes de departamento.
- Brindar apoyo en el análisis de cambios en las NIIF, así como el análisis de impacto en los estados financieros.
- Brindar asistencia en nuevos proyectos relacionados con informes financieros para departamentos internos
Experiência
- Licenciatura en Contabilidad y Finanzas
- Al menos 8 años de experiência previa en finanzas y contabilidad en informes financieros.
- Experiência en una firma de auditoría de renombre internacional como consultor o auditor financiero.
- Comprensión avanzada de USA GAAP, PERU GAAP e IFRS (Certificación en IFRS)
- Experiência internacional, preferentemente en Latinoamérica y USA.
- Debe contar con experiência en SAP.
- De preferencia, habilidad de liderazgo con experiência en manejo de equipo

- Capacidad para identificar errores y deficiencias en los procesos y sistemas contables que afectan los informes financieros.
- Fuerte comprensión de las interrelaciones de los estados financieros y fuertes habilidades analíticas.
- Pensador independiente y capacidad para formular soluciones a problemas complejos de elaboración de informes.
- Buenas habilidades interpersonales.
- Habilidad para redactar informes con claridad, transparencia, de manera concisa utilizando palabras de fácil comprensión para el usuario final.
- Fuertes habilidades de PC en Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluido en inglés y español escrito y hablado.
- Ser proactivo y creativo en búsqueda constante de mejoras de procesos.
- Organizado y don de servicio a terceros
