**Our Proposal**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of QA Automation Engineers to develop and execute automated tests
- Help us define what testing tools and methodologies to apply, and setting priorities
- Ensuring that the product meets the expectations
- Define the roles and responsibilities of the team members while guiding the engineers in their professional development
- Collaborate with development, product, and project management teams to ensure quality standards are met
- Review test cases and test plans to ensure they cover all requirements
- Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
- Ensure that all test results are properly documented and reported
- Continuously improve the QA automation process by evaluating new tools and techniques

- **8+ years of experience** in software testing
- **5+ years of experience** in Automation Testing
- **3+ years** of experience **managing a team **of QA Engineers
- Strong experience in developing automation frameworks and test scripts using tools such as **Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Jenkins**:

- **Bachelor's or Master's degree** in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including **Agile and Scrum**
