**Resumen del puesto**

Realizar el mantenimiento de Primera línea de productos y dispositivos bancarios, cajeros automáticos y minoristas, como el diagnóstico de problemas in situ, la eliminación de atascos de papel, de tarjetas o de billetes, y el mantenimiento general, incluida la sustitución de bombillas, correas de lectores de tarjetas y filtros de aire.

Realizar el mantenimiento de segunda línea de productos y dispositivos bancarios, cajeros automáticos y minoristas, como la calibración y sustitución de módulos y la configuración mínima de software.

Cumplir o superar las métricas de rendimiento relacionadas con el mantenimiento del sistema.

Tomar posesión completa de la llamada de servicio mientras se resuelven los problemas in situ.

Seguir los procedimientos de gestión y cierre de llamadas de forma coherente.

Informar con precisión de los datos de servicio.

Promover una alta calidad de servicio y hacer un seguimiento para garantizar la finalización de la llamada.

Mantener los dispositivos de forma independiente.

Elevar las solicitudes de servicio según sea necesario para su resolución.

Mantener la satisfacción del cliente para incluir: la comunicación, la conducta profesional y la apariencia a través de la resolución de la solicitud de servicio.

Mantener los inventarios de piezas y anticipar las piezas necesarias para cumplir o superar los objetivos.

Completar el recuento de ciclos y las auditorías requeridas.

Informar del uso de las piezas de forma oportuna y precisa en las llamadas de servicio.

Proporcionar actualizaciones al cliente de manera oportuna mientras está en el sitio de acuerdo con los procedimientos de manejo de llamadas y los acuerdos de nível de servicio al cliente.

Mantener la comunicación con el despachador/programador desde la llegada hasta la conclusión, incluyendo la necesidad de escalar el incidente.

Cerrar y registrar adecuadamente las llamadas de servicio utilizando los sistemas internos y del cliente cuando sea necesario.

Instalación física y electrónica.

**Principales responsabilidades**
- Se prefiere un título profesional en un campo electromecánico.
- Conocimiento actual del sector y experiência previa en el mantenimiento de equipos bancarios y minoristas de Diebold Nixdorf u otros cajeros automáticos.
- Experiência previa como técnico de servicio de campo.

**Cualificaciones necesarias**
- Se prefiere un título profesional en un campo electromecánico.
- Conocimiento actual de la industria y experiência previa en el servicio de equipos bancarios y minoristas de Diebold Nixdorf u otros cajeros automáticos.
