Job Description

As Influencer Specialist & Showroom Coordinator you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by being responsible of influencer strategies & tactics.

You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work, setting strategies and plans, implementing, executing and following up on influencer activities and engagement including paid partnership.

You work closely with the Fashion PR Lead and the media team to build a network of ambassadors for H&M to maximize synergies between earned and paid relationships.

**Key responsibilities including areas such as**:
INFLUENCER STRATEGY & TACTICS

Support the buildup of Sales Market strategy for influencers, together with the PR & Communications Manager & media team based on insights regarding customer, brand, media & competitive landscape.

Drive the influencer tactics for Sales market, implement, execute, follow up and analyze both paid and earned influencer activities, based on the global and local communications and marketing plans.
Operationally responsible of influencer tasks such as visiting stores, picking garments for influencers, sending packages etc.
Manage research and influencer mapping. Supports the Customer Activation Team with relevant influencer data and recommendations, both for paid and earned initiatives.
Provide input to the global team in terms of Affiliate collaborations AGENCY COLLABORATION

Manage contact with collaborating agencies in connection to influencer activations.
You take part in negotiating contracts with influencers/agencies and work with internal and external legal teams NETWORKING & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

You act as a brand ambassador for H&M SHOWROOM MAINTENANCE AND PR PROJECTS

You execute on activity plans and create results by working with the daily upkeep, maintenance, and follow-up of the showroom in accordance with local and global guidelines. You work alongside the Fashion PR lead and PR & Communications Manager with local fashion PR activities, primarily in the showroom.

**Besides your personality we see that you have**:
A formal education within Business, Communication &/or Marketing is meriting - if not, at least 3 years of working experience in relevant roles.
Strategic and analytical mindset with strong planning and prioritizing skills.
Digital media knowledge and understanding of media effectiveness.
Meriting capabilities within digital/tech and omni ways of working.
Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office - Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Fashion background/deep interest and knowledge of fashion.
Experience in collaborating with agencies.
Experience in working with follow up through Google Analytics or systems that can showcase results within influencer marketing.
