**The team for you to join**

You will be joining the Maintenance team in Peru with colleagues from different nationalities and working in multiple different locations across the world. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda. **What would your role look like?**
Responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance tasks for technicians and in-house suppliers. Manage the documentation of the area. Control over maintenance costs (spare parts, services, supplies, energy). Supervision of the work of the supplier services. Guarantee the supply of resources for the execution of tasks. Develop maintenance procedures and supervise inspection routines.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineer or related, with an Intermediate level of English, with at least 04 years of experience in same positions to perform the following functions and tasks:

- Preventive maintenance: Design, implement and manage the plan and program for preventive maintenance of machines, equipment and infrastructure. With a previous inventory, knowledge and diagnosis of the company's assets
- Information management: You must be able to organize the information to serve as a work tool for planning, preventing and prioritizing activities, as well as for the efficient use of financial resources and support in audits.
- Prepare work instructions: Prepare procedures for maintenance work that in a structured way establishes a safe and reliable work standard. These procedures must be updated periodically.
- Coordination with internal customers: Coordination with internal customers: Especially with production to align the maintenance program with production needs and objectives. Negotiate availability with Supply.
- Ensure the supply of resources: Based on the program and programmed corrections with close coordination with purchases, the spare parts, services or supplies necessary for the work must always be available.
- Preparation of reports and indicators: The performance of the area that facilitates decision-making, relevant pending issues and maintenance management indicators must be reflected in periodic reports.
