Windows / Linux Administrator Level 2

**Duties**:
- Work with a diverse team of administrators and engineers to maintain infrastructure
- Application-level debugging with root cause and good communication skills
- Create and maintain process and task documentation and ability to work from a ticket queue
- Responsible for provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure
- Provide on-call support for various systems during critical events
- Engage with business divisions to understand business processes and translate to technical requirements
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of direct experience with Windows and Linux servers and workstations
- Comfortable with Linux and Windows command shell and scripting
- Desire to gain basic AWS cloud understanding
- Desire to learn and engage in diverse technical environment
- Ability to be self-directed and work collaboratively with a team
- Strong collaborative problem solving skills
- Desire strong English-speaking skills
