**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Installation and configuration of backup agents in different On Premise and Cloud platforms
- Ensure compliance with the support policies defined with customers.
- Attention and resolution of incidents presented in the configured backup tasks.
- Attention to restore requirements according to the SLAs committed to customers.
- Participation in previous tasks and pot of planned changes on servers included in backup policies.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in TSM / Spectrum Protect administration (3 years or more)
- Veeam Backup management experience (1 year)
- Experience in managing Cloud Backup Tools (1 year)
- Technical academic degree or higher
- Knowledge of AIX and Linux operating systems. Windows, VMWare (basic level)
- Availability of schedules for rotating work shifts.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Experience in TSM / Spectrum Protect administration (3 years or more)
