**Overview
This is a very exciting opportunity to work for a leading and highly reputable M&A boutique within an entrepreneurial environment, building on the strong experience and relationships of its partners and senior bankers across Latin America. With offices in Lima and Miami, the firm is well positioned to provide tailored M&A advisory services to its clients across the region.

1. **M&A Banker with at least 2-3 years of work experience **preferably in investment banking, private equity and/or corporate development.

2. **M&A Banker for fresh graduates or individuals with little work experience **.

Our main office is located in Lima, but we are open to consider hybrid work schemes as the case may be.

LXG Capital attaches great importance to principles of sustainability and social responsibility, being involved in several social and cultural initiatives such as Teletón, Enseña Perú (Teach for all - Peru) and the Lima Art Museum. Additionally, through its affiliate LXG ARF, it manages and operates an agro-reforestry fund which owns +800 hectares in the Amazon.

**Your Profile
- Highly entrepreneurial, driven, and polished individual, keen on working as part of a small deal team with high exposure to live transactions and mínimal bureaucracy.
- Possess a great understanding of the technical skills required for investment banking such as financial modelling skills, impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, strong communication skills, and exceptional sense of rigor and attention to details to produce marketing materials (teasers, CIMs, etc.).
- Expected to perform under high pressure and to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Approach everything that is undertaken with drive, determination, and enthusiasm.
- Relish the idea of a challenging and rewarding environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- College graduate, ranked in the top third of his/her class.
- Work experience preferably in investment banking, private equity and/or corporate development.
