Chief Operating Officer

Key responsabilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and long-term vision.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish operational goals
- Work with investors to resolve issues and satisfy their reporting needs
- Build and maintain a quarterly reporting package to help the executive team manage the business
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage budgets for various operational departments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the factoring or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of collections operations, processes, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: S/.5,000.00 - S/.6,000.00 per month
