TITLE: Account Support Analyst

LOCATION: Peru (office base)

GRADE: 10

Sumary of this Position:
In this role, One NCR is about giving customers one NCR point of contact from the time they report an incident until it's resolved, managing all aspects of NCR Services delivery to the client. Providing analysis and actions leading to improved customer satisfaction, improved service fidelity and profitability. You must have a thorough understanding of Services Systems, Operations, Policies, and Customer Contract Specifics that are used to resolve customer situations. Must be able to quickly identify next steps in the problem resolution process leveraging ITIL practices. Actively assess the customers environment and proactively identify actions for continuous improvements.

Daily Work Tasks:

- Point of contact with the customer for attending their special requeriments, escalations, etc, which have to be manage within NCR.
- Customer’s escalations management with the internal areas such as Logistics, Field Services, Sales, Field Support Center, etc.
- Validate, follow-up and mitigate indicators on SLA according to the customer’s contract.
- Entitlement: register and update equipments/sites/coverage which must be contractual within NCR systems for the service execution.
- Prepare and analysis reports for the customer to understand improvement opportunities on the service. Present result to customers on service performance.

**Requirements**:
- Bacharol Degreed Administration / Industrial Engineering or have 3 years of experience in Customer Service Management
- Experience in Customer Service
- English level: Intermediate
- Experience Advance level in MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
