**Job Description**:
AECOM tiene una vacante disponible para una Project Controls Analyst III en Lima, Peru.

Las responsabilidades incluyen pero no se limitan a:

- Se encargará del control de los proyectos y de la asistencia a los jefes de proyecto en la planificación, inicio, ejecución, seguimiento y cierre de los proyectos, incluida la elaboración de presupuestos y previsiones, el apoyo a la gestión de cambios, la preparación de facturas, el seguimiento de los avances y costes del proyecto en relación con el presupuesto, la contratación de subconsultores y la asistencia en el seguimiento de costes, así como la asistencia a los jefes de proyecto en la identificación y respuesta a posibles problemas que afecten a los resultados financieros.
- Definir o proponer formatos y procesos para el mejor control de la programación del proyecto. Prevé posibles retrasos y trabaja con el equipo en propuestas de corrección y/o recuperación.
- Seguimiento de los adelantos físicos y financieros del proyecto y contratistas. Reconocer el impacto negativo en el proyecto cuando hay retrasos. Preparar una previsión de las fechas de cumplimiento de los hitos del proyecto con énfasis en las acciones más relevantes y las advertencias tempranas.
- Preparar informes y presentaciones.
- Prepara o revisa presentaciones basadas en la salida del sistema.
- Prepara y asiste en varios níveles de informes de proyectos. Colaborador clave en la preparación del informe de estado mensual y semanal.
- Desarrollar, evaluar y analizar la mano de obra, las horas de trabajo y las curvas de progreso de la instalación.
- Recopila datos y produce un análisis inicial sobre los requisitos de mano de obra, horas de trabajo y costos de mano de obra frente a las limitaciones presupuestarias.
- Las actividades de apoyo al proyecto pueden incluir, entre otras, las siguientes
- Revisión de las solicitudes de propuestas e identificación de las necesidades de control de proyectos para el proyecto propuesto, incluida la elaboración de una estimación del coste del apoyo de control de proyectos.
- Proporcionar apoyo a la propuesta, como tarifas de mano de obra o apoyo a la estimación o revisión de las hojas de trabajo de estimación para la exactitud de la fórmula, según sea necesario
- Apoyar el inicio y la configuración del proyecto en nuestro sistema contable, incluido el desarrollo de una EDT, un presupuesto y un plan de personal adecuados para la ejecución, el apoyo a Healthy Start, la asistencia en la identificación y el establecimiento de un formato de factura, el desarrollo de tablas de tarifas de facturación, la preparación de solicitudes de compra y el apoyo a la creación del registro de riesgos del proyecto.
- Desarrollar o ayudar a desarrollar un calendario del proyecto, y supervisar las actividades y los plazos de la ruta crítica, planteando problemas o preocupaciones, si es necesario.
