**Main Responsibilities**:
Assist in all Treasury Area issues of the department including:

- Income reconciliation
- Refunds to parents for undue payments: travel, excess pensions, duplicate payments, etc.
- Prepare information requested by SUNAT related to client’s payments
- Prepare reports for Auditors
- Create the enrolment report in coordination with Admissions
- Control entrance fee payments according to the schedule
- Control and liquidate school petty cash funds
- Coordination of issues with electronic invoicing
- Control and update student’s scholarships
- Control deposits of exchange students
- Control the reservation of school facilities (courts, coliseum, etc)
- Payment control of Social Projects.
- Preparation of letters, certificates and requested formats related to financial issues.

**Education & Level of Instruction**:
Education: Degree in Accounting

Level of Schooling: Degree and licence complete or to be completed (Titulado con colegiatura) Desirable

**Knowledge & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of IFRS (NIFF) and general accounting plan (International Financial Reporting Standards/ Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera)
- Knowledge of taxation and income tax
- Regulation of proof of payment
- Advanced level of spoken and written English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented

**Experience**:
**3 - 5 years of experience in accounting, finance or administration is desirable.**:
