Warehouse Supervisor

**DUTIES**:
Supervised by the Assistant General Service Officer for warehouse (A/GSO) operations and in coordination with the A/GSOs for Housing, Procurement and Shipping and Receiving, incumbent plans and directs all Property Management functions for U.S. Embassy Lima. Acts as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for the 5-year, $3M Furniture Appliance Program (FAP) contract and the supplemental moving contract. Responsible for all daily and annual inventories to include non-expendables and expendables, FAP, and heritage assets totaling $14M. Ensures adherence to all Department policies, and implements and monitors procedures for the acquisition, receiving, issuance, storage, accountability, loaning, maintenance, refurbishment, disposal and delivery of furnishings, equipment, and vehicles. Conducts analysis and provides recommendations on efficiencies to the service model. Forecasts and budgets for FAP, supplies and equipment needs. Provides logístical support for all VIP visits. Conducts auctions to dispose assets. Principal advisor on supply/warehouse issues. Directly supervises two managers and three clerks; indirectly supervises ten additional staff.

**EXPERIENCE**:
At least five years of experience as a supply chain, logistics, or business manager is required. At least two years of the supervisory experience.

Must have at least five years of driving experience.

**EDUCATION**:
Bachelor's degree in business or logistics/supply chain management is required.

Must hold a Driver's license with at least five years of issuance.
