- Capacidad para gestionar un equipo medio (unas 20 personas) con grandes volúmenes de reclamaciones. Capacidad para supervisar y gestionar el equipo mediante indicadores clave de rendimiento.
- Gestión personas - motivación / engagement, línea de carrera, crecimiento del equipo / pensar en un segundo, otros.
- Gestión eficaz orientada al cliente: calidad, control y plazos. Habilidades de servicio al cliente.
- Habilidades de negociación - será su día a día con las aseguradoras y interno
- Colaboración dentro y entre las distintas áreas de la empresa + LAC

**Lo que necesita tener**:

- Título universitario en cualquier área
- Mínimo de 3 años como gestor de siniestros en un corredor de seguros y/o compañías de seguros y/o ajustadores
- Conocimiento y experiência en el ajuste de siniestros de todos los riesgos/ramos - conocimiento técnico de seguros es clave.
- Gestión eficaz orientada al cliente: calidad, control y plazos. Habilidades de servicio al cliente.
- Habilidades de negociación - será su día a día con las aseguradoras e interno
- Experiência en proyectos destinados a mejorar la eficiencia interna, los procesos y procedimientos y las oportunidades de eficiencia, ya sea en tecnología o de otro tipo.
- Gestión de proyectos de toda índole: internos y con aseguradoras: Automatizaciones, innovación, servicio al Cliente
- Nível de inglés: Avanzado
