Estamos en búsqueda de** Project Design Lead**

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Definir la estrategia del diseño del o los proyecto(s) asignado(s) y los ajustes que puedan surgir durante el proceso.
- Realizar el mapeo de diseño de cara a definir los compromisos que asumirá el equipo a su cargo durante el siguiente trimestre.
- Conocer a todo el equipo de trabajo para saber cómo aprovechar las diferentes habilidades con las que cuenta el proyecto y potenciarlo.
- Negociar con los stakeholders sobre los alcances de los features y acuerdos que se tengan a lo largo del proyecto.
- Asignar, programar, priorizar y reajustar las tareas de diseño para los features comprometidos en términos de tiempos y alcance.
- Realizar seguimiento de los avances de los features comprometidos.
- Proveer liderazgo, motivación, integración, dirección y mentoría al equipo de diseño a su cargo, según sea el caso.
- En coordinación con el equipo de Disciplina de Diseño, compartir y transmitir conocimiento a los miembros del equipo a su cargo y otros equipos de Diseño, según sea el caso.
- Participar en la ejecución de diseño en caso alguno de los miembros del equipo no pueda llevarla a cabo por razones especiales.

**Requerimientos**:

- Dos (2) años o más desempeñándose en roles como Project Design Lead, UX Design Lead o en roles similares donde haya podido desempeñar las mismas o similares tareas a las indicadas en la descripción de funciones.
- Tiener conocimiento y práctica en relación a UX Design, Visual Design, Sistemas de Diseño, Atomic Design u otros similares.
- Conocimiento de metodologías agiles y manejo autónomo de frameworks como DesignThinking, Customer Experience, JOBs to BE DONE, Bussines Design, Strategic Design y Behavioral Design. Experiência obligatoria en el uso de DesignThinking y el uso de mínimo 2 de otros frameworks de los mencionados.
- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación demostrando una alta capacidad de síntesis, análisis e interpretación y argumentación. Nível alto de comunicación efectiva con stakeholders de diverso nível.
- Manejo básico de análisis e interpretación de datos, definición de KPI's, backlog, roadmap y propuesta de valor de los proyectos.
- Experiência en liderazgo y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios. Tener experiência liderando personas con empatía, asertividad y autonomía.
