Location: Santiago de Surco, PE, 33- Requisition ID: 10160**Responsibilities**:
The Professional Services Consultant develops and delivers detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities.
- Responsibilities include client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.
- Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
- Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, (i.e., billable hours).
- Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring.
- May have some financial responsibilities including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing.
- May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
- Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or combination of experience and education required
- Three (3) to five (5) years related casino/gaming experience required.
- Technical aptitude, professional presentation skills, and superior customer service skills required
- Ability to obtain required licensing documents and approvals for domestic and international travel required.
- Experience with Windows products (Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of SQL, SAP, e-learning a plus
- Experience with course development and training methodologies for technical content preferred.
- On
- and off-site training logistics
- Communication skills (listening, constructive feedback, conflict resolution, writing, presentation)
- Patron Management: Casino Marketing and/or Player Loyalty and Promotions
- Cage and Table Accounting: Cage Operations specific to Table Games and Player Credit Transactions
- Table Manager: Table Games Operation, Table Games Ratings, Fills/Credits and Drop
- Able to pass a Security Background Investigation
- Ability to Travel
- Able to stand an eight-hour shift
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to obtain a Gaming License
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
- Available to work on weekends
Preferred:
