Drafter - Architect

**Requirements/Skills**
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential design build.
- Knowledge of bathroom, basement and kitchen remodeling
- Knowledge of construction
- Experience in architectural technical drawing

**Responsibilities**:

- Make drawings on 2020 from sketches
- Equip drawings with cabinets to build estimate
- Meetings with clients and technicians

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of 2020 Design, Sketchup, Lumion
- Strong ability to build relationships (internal and external), effectively communicate and positively influence direct reports, coworkers and clients.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities; experienced and creative problem solver.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; demonstrated track record for flexibility along with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong capability to communicate with clients and peers.
