Maintenance Scheduler

**Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- Schedule all maintenance activities using the corporate Maintenance Management System (SAP - PM/MM)
- Chair daily and weekly scheduling meetings within the Discipline Supervisors and other departments
- Generate standard reports/metrics/KPIs.
- Collaborate in the development, implementation and follow-up of plant shutdowns schedules.
- Assist with the implementation of preventative maintenance programs for all plant equipment.

**Position Requirements**:

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Access
- Good working knowledge of MS Project as a scheduling tool
- Good communication skills. Capacity to communicate in English is required
- Effectively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
- 1-3 years of experience as maintenance planner or scheduler in a construction site or operating plant.
