Job Description:
- Direct attention with clients from the United States.
- Input information to the company's system.
- Scheduling appointments with clients and insurance companies
- Obtain necessary documentation from the Insurance and the client.
- Provides administrative support when needed.
- Management of documentation in English.
**Requirements**:
- Technical career in Administration and/or related.
- Previous experience required: 1 to 2 years in similar positions.
- Fluent English speaker ((spoken and written).
- Computer Systems: MS Office proficient.
- Experience in customer service, making calls in English.
- Well organized and able to perform various tasks.
