**_ Business Intelligence and Data Scientist Broker_**
- We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence and Data who will provide support to our regional team in Reinsurance._
- This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office in Lima._

What the day will look like_**
- Transactional management of claims: receipt of notices of claims and circumstances, review of these to request additional information
- Attention service to assigned customers.
- Advise Companies on the structuring and placement of their reinsurance contracts.
- Represent the Companies before the reinsurers in the negotiations that are generated
- Relationship with the Reinsurance Market (Regional / International)

**_ Skills and experience that will lead to success_**
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance positions.
- Technical knowledge: Finance, risk management, actuarial and reinsurance
- Studies and/or specialties: finances, actuarial sciences, broker, administration.
- English: Intermediate
- Advanced level
- Technological Tools: Knowledge of data science methodologies.

**_ What will the typical day be like?_**

Business Development Broker and strategic solutions. Create and prospect new reinsurance business for insurance companies
and final insureds using non-traditional reinsurance methodologies and solutions.
