- Lead BD activity at an international law firm
- Manage a high quality BD junior
- Work closely with the Country Managing Partner and other key partners
- Report to an inspiring Head of APAC BD & Marketing
- This is NOT a pitch heavy role

This international law firm with a high quality, collaborative, positive APAC BD & Marketing team is looking for a BD Manager to manage all BD activity, working across key practice groups and sectors. Working with a great group of partners who are keen to build their practices, you will report to an inspiring, highly experienced APAC BD & Marketing Director who loves mentoring and developing team members.

This is NOT a pitch heavy role... which will appeal to some You will manage an excellent BD junior, so some experience of people management is important. As well as focused BD you will get involved in strategic regional projects, working with Australia, Mainland China and Singapore BD Managers as required.
- Law firm BD experience is essential
- Mandarin speaker preferred but not essential
- Comfortable working in an international firm
- Proven success in advising and coaching partners on practice BD
- Excited about working on regional strategic projects
- You enjoy working across the full BD mix
