**Funciones del cargo**:
**Tu objetivo principal será**:
Diseñar y construir sistemas independientes de complejidad moderada o nuevas características importantes en los sistemas existentes del banco.

**¿Cómo lo lograrás?**
- Diseñarás y construirás sistemas independientes de complejidad moderada o nuevas características importantes en los sistemas existentes.
- Trabajarás y entregarás proyectos para aumentar la robustez y la confiabilidad de las bases de código.
- Aplicarás tus conocimientos de interfaces e interacción con otras aplicaciones y/o otras plataformas, tanto online como Batch.
- Desarrollarás y diseñarás aplicaciones de código según especificaciones Funcionales.
- Analizarás sistemas y aplicaciones desde un nível básico de arquitectura hasta revisión de código de aplicativos
- Serás responsable de un servicio o componente en su totalidad
- Participarás en pruebas de concepto, aplicando nuevas tecnologías
- Diseñarás soluciones tecnológicas en conjunto con los equipos de arquitectura, ciberseguridad, infraestructura y aplicaciones.
- Generarás cambios que sumen a la mejora del equipo y los procesos con los que se trabajan

**Requerimientos del cargo**:
**¿Qué necesitamos de ti?**
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Software, Computación o carreras afines
- Contar con mínimo 3 años de experiência como desarrollador Mainframe IBM
- Experiência trabajando con Cobol Batch/CICS, colas, cursores y DB2
- Manejo de Bases de datos DB2, Sentencias SQL y de archivos VSAM, Secuenciales
- Conocimiento y experiência con JCL - utilitarios (IEFBR14, IDCAMS, SORT, IEBGENER, REPRO, ICETOOL)
- Experiência trabajando en entorno Batch, endevor, roscoe y TSO.
- Experiência trabajando con diferentes equipos, en los cuales hayas podido planificar y coordinar en conjunto.
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y Lean.
- Resiliencia para probar y aprender rápidamente, siempre teniendo como norte la visión cliente y los objetivos del negocio.
