**What's the Role**:
As a Senior Design Engineer, you'll bring your expertise to the table, driving innovation and customization of our existing products while spearheading the development of new ones. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our product designs meet the highest standards. Additionally, you'll foster strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders, ensuring their involvement in the testing and validation of new products, solutions, and services.
You will take charge of ensuring a standardized approach to design, customization, and customer education for our products. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in educating customers and stakeholders on the purpose and usage of Bradken products, fostering strong relationships along the way.
Your proactive approach will include developing customer relationships that facilitate their involvement in product testing and ensuring comprehensive documentation of training, education, and marketing initiatives. You'll ensure that internal stakeholders have access to up-to-date product information and specifications, facilitating seamless communication within the organization.
You'll be instrumental in capturing all product and specification information in our Product Lifecycle Management System, ensuring effective dissemination to relevant stakeholders and customers.Furthermore, you'll provide technical analysis, support, and warranty presentations to customers, leveraging your expertise to anticipate their needs and provide tailored solutions.

As a **Key Technical Criteria**:
- Experience in metallurgy/materials engineering, preferably related to the Heavy Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in Product Design, Product Development, and Project Management
- Experience developing new products to meet customer needs is required. (Mills, Crawler systems, Fixed Plant, GET, Buckets & Trays)
- Experience with CAD, FEA, and DEM software
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Technical report writing, data analysis, and presentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
**The role is based in Lima, Peru.**
