En DHL Global Forwarding Perú, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de nuestro próximo **Wellness, Communication & CSR Specialist**.

**Experiência y competencias requeridas**:

- Experiência mínima de 03 a 04 años realizando funciones similares a las descritas. (Indispensable)
- Bachiller y/o Titulado(a) en la carrera de Bienestar Social o afines. (Indispensable)
- Conocimiento de Legislación Laboral vigente. (Deseable)
- Conocimiento en trámites de EsSalud y EPS. (Deseable)
- Conocimiento en estrategias de comunicación interna. (Deseable)
- Conocimiento de Ms. Office a nível avanzado. (Indispensable)
- Manejo del idioma inglés a nível avanzado. (Indispensable)

**Funciones**:

- Afiliar al personal y, derechohabientes según corresponda, a la EPS, EsSalud o FOLA.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las afiliaciones de SCTR y Seguro Vida Ley.
- Registrar a los derechohabientes del personal en el T-registro SUNAT.
- Gestionar la aprobación de facturas de acuerdo con el proveedor, en sistema SAT.
- Coordinar y programar los exámenes post - ocupacionales del personal con las clínicas correspondientes.
- Adquirir, custodiar y entregar las dotaciones de uniformes del personal de acuerdo con el puesto de trabajo.
- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a los trámites, expedientes, resoluciones y recuperación de subsídios en EsSalud, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.
- Realizar seguimiento junto a nuestra Dra. Ocupacional, a los trabajadores que presenten descansos médicos (visitas domiciliarias, llamadas telefónicas, entre otros).
- Coordinar capacitaciones, charlas, campañas informativas y/o activaciones con proveedores locales.
- Coordinar y ejecutar eventos, celebraciones y programas que promuevan la integración entre los trabajadores.
- Diseñar y desarrollar del plan anual de actividades de Bienestar Social enfocados en la prevención y mejora del trabajador.
- Diseñar y difundir los comunicados internos, así como boletines informativos a nível local y regional.
- Investigar y diseñar buenas prácticas en Endomarketing, Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión.
- Planificar y coordinar con Aliados Estratégicos Corporativos y locales, el desarrollo del plan de Responsabilidad Social.
- Elaborar el presupuesto anual para las actividades de Bienestar Social, Responsabilidad Social y Eventos Corporativos.
- Entre otras funciones que su jefe inmediato determine.
