**Job Description**:
Bertoni Solutions is looking for an Analyst MDM (Master Data Management Analyst) to work 100% remotely for a USA client.

**Qualifications**:
**This position is only available for applicants located/living in Latin America or North/Central America.**
- Min 6+ years total IT experience, 3-5 years with the Role
- ** Ability to understand the client's complex business processes, transactional systems where data is entered/influenced, and data lake with raw data and modeling is unclear (It's a biotechnology company).**:

- Work independently and with business users and other cross-functional staff to identify, analyze, recommend, and implement solutions to complex data questions and issues.
- ** Must have an analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills, including SQL (querying and manipulating data using joins, aggregate functions, CTEs, etc.).**:

- ** Must be an expert with MS Excel (lookups, functions, charts, dashboards, pivot tables, Power Pivot, Power Query, etc.)**:

- Ability and taste to acquire business domain knowledge, including new business processes, org. Structure - consultant should understand the business after 6+ months in the role.
- ** Must have one of the following experiences: Experience in direct Pharma/CRO roles OR experience in a project management-centric organization with familiarity in contracts, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, earned value, critical paths, etc.**:

- Nice to Haves - experience and familiarity with MDM (Reltio), Data Quality (Oracle EDQ), Data Governance (Collibra), Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Power BI.
- ** Advanced written and spoken English is a must.**
