**We follow a hybrid model, so employees are expected to be in the office 2 days per week.**

**The Opportunity**:
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Snowflake data warehouse platform. This includes managing the platform’s performance, ensuring data security and governance, and optimizing storage resources. You will play a key role in implementing best practices for system management, monitoring, and optimization. Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments to facilitate data sharing, resolve technical issues, and support the strategic use of data across the organization. Your work will ensure that our Snowflake environment is secure, efficient, and effectively supports the company’s data analytics and business intelligence activities..

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Technical Leadership**: Facilitates technical decision-making (focused on system maintainability, scalability and performance) and provides mentorship. Additionally, decomposes complex solutions, and prioritizes features, writes product and technical specifications, and manages the backlog.
- ** Analytics & Product Optimization**: Tuning recommendation for product enhancement.
- ** Innovation & Evangelism**: Drives platform adoption, develops innovative solutions, and acts as a platform evangelist.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Fosters communication with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and influencing product strategy, roadmaps and designs.
- ** Financial Oversight**: Manages budget and financials for product development.
- ** Data Provision & Reporting**: Provides data for business reviews and manages internal financial and usage reports.
- ** Operational Coordination**: Communicates with Customer Success and Support (for operational issues solving) and coordinates cross-departmental defect resolution.
- ** Security & Compliance**: Manages RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), ensuring data compliance (security and scalability).

**Qualifications**:

- Technical/bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related careers.
- Advanced English level.
- Exp. as a DW Platform administrator, Operations Manager for the Snowflake platform, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing principles and practices.
- Strong ETL processes skills.
- SQL queries development and optimization.
- Exp. with data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Advanced exp. in data pipeline debugging.
- Familiarity with AWS services (MSK, Lambda, Kinesis, S3, etc.).
