In this role, you will provide strategic HR partnership to LAO Finances, LAO Legal and LAO KCP Functions Leadership Team to drive, influence and implement people strategies that support and align with business needs. This position reports to the HRBP LAO Manager.

In this role, you will:

- Serve as a strategic business advisor to the leadership teams on key organizational, talent and culture matters bringing our People Strategy to life.
- In partnership with leadership, leads the deployment of HR and talent program including talent development, compensation planning, succession planning, performance management, employee communications, and employee relations.
- Lead and activate change management, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, IE&D, talent development and coaching.
- Provide leadership to guide the development and deployment of HR strategies that will attract, develop, retain, and engage the breadth of talent required to support their mission, strategic focus areas, and goals.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and facilitate the development of a culture of high performance and employee engagement.
- Work closely with regional/local HR leaders, HR Business Partners, Compensation Partners and Talent Acquisition leads to effectively implement HR Strategy.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational management, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources in similar roles.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate through compelling communication aligned with the purpose of the company.
- Strategic thinking: understanding of the business, external environment, customers and financial levers to create the right solutions from the perspective of people as an integral part of team plans.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships (leaders and peers) while driving solutions to meet the needs of teams.
- Must be able to influence without direct authority through building effective partnerships
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Languages: Advanced English
