**Service Team Lead BMW - Mini**
Hoy nuestra Gerencia de **Premium Automotive** se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/a **Service Team Lead BMW - Mini** quien tendrá la misión de supervisar, coordinar y organizar los equipos de servicio de la sede de San Isidro y el departamento de B&P Surquillo de las marcas BMW y Mini.
**Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran**:
- Supervisar las operaciones del área de B&P y Servicio de las marcas BMW y Mini, tomando las decisiones adecuadas para el correcto flujo de los procesos.
- Controlar el paso vehicular de B&P y servicio, siendo garante de que las salidas cumplan con los estándares de calidad de BMW/Mini.
- Prestar soporte a los asesores de servicio con los casos de B&P y Servicio de las sedes para las marcas de BMW/Mini.
- Controlar la satisfacción de los clientes de BMW/Mini cuidando siempre los indicadores del NPS.
- Supervisar la gestión de los asesores de servicio con ordenes no mayores a 90 días en W y en B de ambas sedes.
- Impulsar el cumplimiento de metas mensuales en ventas y en utilidad.
- Establecer negociaciones con proveedores y compañias de seguros que garanticen mantener buenas relaciones comerciales.
- Manejo de herramientas digitales y portales de fábrica, compañías de seguros, entre otros.
- Otras funciones delegadas por la gerencia de Postventa.
Haremos **Match **si cumples con los siguientes **Requisitos**:
- Formación universitaria concluida en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial y/o carreras afines.
- Experiência de 3 a 5 años en el área de Post Venta, como Jefe/a de Servicios y/o realizando funciones afines a la posición (Indispensable).
- Conocimientos en mecánica automotriz (Indispensable).
- Manejo de indicadores, medición y definición de procesos.
- Manejo de Office a nível intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para trasladarse entre sedes (P&P y BMW San Isidro).
