**Job Description: QA AMI Load Specialist**

**Payment Scheme**: In Mexico, payment can be a mix of salary and invoices. For LATAM, payment will be via USA invoices.

**Duration**: Indefinite (long-term commitment required).

**Remote Work**: Remote position with US working hours (managers are based in the US).

**Skills Required**:
1. **Proficiency in English**: Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory for at least 80% of the team members.

2. **Db2 Expertise**: Understand Db2 operationally from both Database Administrator and Application Programmer perspectives. Proficiency in managing various types of physical and logical objects used by Db2. Ability to investigate object states, collect and interpret diagnostics, and administer Db2 environments. Hands-on experience with Db2 utilities (e.g., Reorg, Copy, Load, Unload, Check), and familiarity with BMC utilities. Working knowledge of Db2 version 12 or higher is preferred.

3. **Quality Assurance Testing**: Extensive experience in quality assurance testing, with a minimum of 5 years of practical software quality engineering experience. This includes evaluating software requirements, developing/updating Feature Test Plans, creating test cases, and executing various types of testing such as functional, regression, automated, and integration testing. Familiarity with QA automation tools is required.

4. **SMP/E and Mainframe Tools**: Proficiency in SMP/E with two to three years of usage experience. Extensive understanding of z/OS mainframe tools including TSO, ISPF, JCL, file structures, VSAM, SPUFI, SDSF, and either RACF or ACF2. Knowledge of standard SYSPLEX environments and memory usage on z/OS. Ability to use z/OS commands for documentation production and capturing, as well as basic REXX routines and CLIST for JCL management and customization.

5. **Communication and Problem-Solving**: Ability to effectively communicate testing concerns and results with team members and stakeholders. Utilize technical specifications and documents to identify potential problem areas. Analyze encountered problems and test different variations to pinpoint circumstances and scope of problem occurrence.

**Salary**: From S/.5,500.00 per month
