**About the job**

We're looking for someone experienced and full of energy to join us as our Key Account Manager* in Trujillo, Peru. Your main job will be to help us grow by coming up with and carrying out plans to grow ride-hailing business. We need someone who can lead, think ahead, and plan things out well. If you're ready to make a big difference and help us grow, we want you on our team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Operational Planning**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing ride-hailing business, incl both the business and operational aspects and using a hypothesis-driven approach and top-down structuring
- Translate high-level targets into operational tasks for implementation, demonstrating a deep understanding of the business's operational model
- Execute operational tasks related to the proposed plans (e.g., driver acquisition)
- Decompose high-level tasks into actionable steps, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams

**Project Management**:

- Lead project management efforts to ensure transparent reporting and tracking of current projects, providing regular updates on project status and milestones
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

**Team Management**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop better solutions
- Collaborate and improve relationships with our partners

**You might be a fit if you**:

- Are an advanced user of Salesforce CRM
- Have a good command of MS Office and Google Apps

Are a fluent English and Spanish speaker
