**Position**:Professional Photo & Video Editor for Social Media (Full-Time, Long-Term Position with Growth Opportunities)
**Location**: Anywhere in Peru (must be local or have legal permission to work in Peru)
**Salary**:To be discussed Languages: Fluent in **English and Spanish**

J**ob Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit, and optimize high-quality photo and video content tailored for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.)
- Develop visually compelling reels, videos, and posts that align with brand aesthetics and values.
- Work closely with the research team and Community Manager to create and schedule the social media content and ensure consistency in visual storytelling.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in photo and video editing, as well as platform-specific content requirements.
- Manage and organize a digital library of media assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots as needed.
- Enhance and retouch images and videos for maximum engagement, including product and modeling photos for the e-commerce platforms.
- Understand and efficiently use the communication and task management tools provided by the company (Click Up and Slack).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a photo and video editor, particularly for social media content (portfolio required).
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, video formats, and platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills.
- Interest or passion for topics such as fashion, sustainable living, outdoor activities, and eco-friendly lifestyles.
- Experience in setting up and managing lighting, cameras, and other equipment for shoots is a plus.
