**Funciones del cargo**:
- **Contribución** ️: Serás un miembro clave del equipo, colaborando estrechamente con el Technical Lead para desarrollar soluciones complejas y asegurar la entrega exitosa de proyectos con altos estándares de calidad y eficiencia. Brindarás apoyo técnico al equipo, ayudando a implementar las mejores prácticas y contribuyendo a la resolución de desafíos técnicos.
- **Diseño Avanzado** ️: Tomarás un rol principal en el diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones robustas y escalables, utilizando las tecnologías más apropiadas para resolver problemas complejos y satisfacer las necesidades del negocio.
- **Decisiones técnicas** ️: Serás responsable de tomar decisiones técnicas críticas, evaluando diferentes enfoques y seleccionando las mejores soluciones para cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto y alinearse con la estrategia a largo plazo de la empresa.
- **Colaboración** : Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo líderes de desarrollo frontend y backend, diseñadores, y stakeholders clave, para garantizar una alineación completa en la ejecución de proyectos.
- **Complejidad** : Actuarás como el referente técnico principal para resolver problemas críticos, proporcionando soluciones innovadoras y efectivas ante los desafíos más difíciles.
- **Excelencia** : Serás el guardián de la calidad en el desarrollo de software, liderando la implementación de pruebas rigurosas, la revisión de código y la documentación detallada para asegurar que todos los entregables cumplan con los más altos estándares.
- **Mentoría y desarrollo del equipo** : Ofrecerás mentoría y orientación estratégica a los miembros del equipo, impulsando su desarrollo profesional y fomentando una cultura de aprendizaje continuo y excelencia técnica.
**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**:
- **Experiência** : Debes tener una amplia experiência en el desarrollo de aplicaciones utilizando lenguajes como Python, Ruby o PHP. Habrás liderado proyectos complejos, diseñando e implementando funcionalidades críticas y resolviendo problemas de alta complejidad.
- **Buenas prácticas** : Serás un experto en los principios de desarrollo de software y en la aplicación de buenas prácticas de codificación, incluyendo patrones de diseño avanzados, principios SOLID, y técnicas de pruebas automatizadas.
- **Alto rendimiento** ️: Tendrás experiência demostrada en la creación de arquitecturas de software altamente escalables y eficientes, con la capacidad de seleccionar tecnologías óptimas y optimizar el rendimiento en aplicaciones a gran escala.
- **Gestión de bases de datos** ️: Contarás con una sólida experiência en la implementación y optimización de bases de datos, preferiblemente con PostgreSQL u otros sistemas avanzados de gestión de bases de datos. Serás experto en diseño de bases de datos, modelado de datos y ejecución de consultas SQL complejas.
- **Herramientas y frameworks** ️: Poseerás un conocimiento profundo de frameworks y herramientas modernas de desarrollo de software, con la habilidad para evaluar, seleccionar y utilizar las mejores herramientas para cada proyecto, garantizando la eficiencia y la calidad en cada etapa del desarrollo.
