**About the Unit**:
At this moment, we are looking for a Fulfillment Analyst responsible for give support in the End-to-End Logistic Operations activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and strengthen the network and relationships with customers, suppliers, third parties and Yara team by collaboration value.
- Standardize processes and controls based on procedures and practices for outsourced sites.
- Plan, coordinate and control all activities related to fulfillment process: scheduling appointments with customers, vehicle allocations, dispatch program and executions in site and invoicing.
- Focus on optimal customer service, efficient and safe operations at minimum cost as possible during the decision-making process
- Manage transactions in ERP SAP related to transport, production, and inventory management.
- Control inventory processes and fill out daily reports.
- Strengthen the pool of transport providers under Yara's standards that leverage growth and meet legal requirements, seeking to increase the transport rate.
- Perform logistic KPIs and make action plans for deviations.* Contribute to investigating and solving complaint cases related to operations and implement action plans with stakeholders involved.

**Profile**:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Business administration, Logistic and transport or another relevant field.
2 years of work experience in logistics and supply chain areas.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- English level: intermediate.
- Microsoft Office tool management (Essential: Advanced Excel).
- SAP Logon Management (Essential: SD or MM module).
- Orientation to continuous improvement of processes.
- Collaboration and focus on internal and external customer service
- Analytical skills: Identify and drive logistic / operational improvements.
- Teamwork - Cooperation with others to create a safety and productive environment.
- Spoken and written communication skills
- Clear knowledge in Management System and Quality System.
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptability to changes.
