Management Controller

Key Responsibilities:

- Review the Claims Management System and ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure the productivity and efficiency of the claims management process from underwriting through to collections.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on the performance of the claims management system.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve the performance of the claims management system.
- Monitor the data integrity of the claims management system and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with business stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
- Analyze large and complex data sets using statistical tools and techniques to provide insights to business stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data, and to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Running reports and identify crucial errors in data entry in the claims management system.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or business management.
- Proven track record in managing claims management systems and teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Fintech industry and regulatory requirements is a plus.

**Salary**: S/.3,000.00 - S/.4,000.00 per month
