La posición se encargará de completar las tareas y actividades del departamento de finanzas relacionadas al área de compras: atender solicitudes y requerimientos diarios de las áreas internas del Hotel, encargado de realizar las compras y requerimientos a proveedores nacionales y extranjeros, negociación con proveedores, análisis de costos, generación de ahorros, gestión de contratos con proveedores y reportes de compras, auditorías internas, gestión de inventario y gestión de proyectos de activo fijo.

Debe demostrar una actitud de servicio, comportamiento proactivo, participar en la mejora continua, tomando a su cargo dicha responsabilidad, poder trabajar en equipo a todo nível, con empuje y creatividad; ser capaz de tomar riesgos, y ser eficaz solucionador de problemas.

La posición le reportará al Controller de Courtyard Lima Miraflores y al Gerente Clúster de Compras.

**Requisitos**:

- Tener estudios universitarios técnica/universitaria culminada: administración, finanzas, ingeniería, hotelería o afines.
- Experiência en negociación con proveedores.
- Capacidad de organización (ser ordenado), memoria y habilidad numérica.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión, trabajo en equipo y comunicación.
- Idioma ingles nível intermedio o de preferencia avanzado.
- Se apreciará el conocimiento del sistema Birchstreet.
- Dominio Office a nível avanzado. Se le dará mayor énfasis a Excel.
- No tener acciones disciplinarias en los últimos 6 meses.
