Pega Developer

**The Role**:

- Design, develop and implement exceptional technical solutions, with little to no guidance
- Utilize best practices for Pega development, QA, and security
- Work in an agile environment that values frequent releases and fast feedback from stakeholders
- Work with a team of peers to brainstorm and build high quality solutions
- Contribute to architectural design discussions and build reusable components
- Demonstrate technical knowledge by mentoring junior team members
- Work with Subject Matter Experts, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders in scoping and sizing technical requirements

**The Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate clearly in English (speaking and writing)
- Ability to develop and implement exceptional technical solutions, with little to no guidance
- Manage technical implementation tasks delegated by the Lead Architect to ensure work is delivered on-time
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle
- Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using Pega methodologies
- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC; 2-5 years of experience using Pega software
- Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and motivational skills

**Nice To Have**:

- Prior Experience in Pega's Customer Service Framework
- Knowledge of industry standard agile project delivery frameworks such as Scrum
- Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
- Web services experience
- Java experience
