Customer Success Associate

We are looking for an outgoing customer success associate to assist new & existing customers with sales and product inquiries in a swift, proficient, and friendly manner. The customer success associate will be instrumental in customer acquisition retention by addressing concerns and product issues, and by communicating in a professional, warm manner. You must be an effective communicator and excellent listener; capable of typing call documentation simultaneously. You will have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust. This is a high-intensity position and will require someone who is relentless and has a true passion to succeed. This is an office position. YOU MUST SPEAK EXCELLENT ENGLISH

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Customer Success Associate is responsible for hitting sales goals as set by the leadership team
- The Customer Success Associate is responsible for listening to customers' concerns, handling complaints, and returning and successfully onboarding new customers.
- Manage & maintain the Hubspot sales pipeline to keep clean records & documentation of all sales activities.
- Provide robust feedback from our platform, customers, and processes.
- Give detailed explanations of our services/products and processes to customers.
- Working with the rest of the team to create better workflows for the benefit of our customers and shareholders.
- Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving other tasks.
- Solve problems as needed.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Referring customers to management when necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- The Customer Success Associate must understand the technical aspects of cryptocurrency mining, and support day-to-day business operations.
- Experience with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency mining or willingness to adapt and learn.
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized.
- Good negotiating skills.

**COMPENSATION**:

- Base Salary $500 USD to $600 USD per month (2,330.00 Peruvian Soles)
- Bitcoin benefit
- Prime Office Location in Surco, Lima Peru
- Monthly Lunches/Dinners
- USA Holidays plus one Peruvian Holiday
