- Actuar como referente en la tecnología Mainframe para los demás miembros del equipo.
- Velar por que los Team Members de su especialidad, cumplan con los estándares tecnológicos, y que sus aplicaciones desarrolladas sean robustas, escalables y construidas bajo los lineamientos de seguridad y arquitectura.
- Fomentar el desarrollo de los miembros de su equipo.
- Evaluación de desempeño de los integrantes de su Chapter.
- Gestiona la motivación de las personas dentro de su Chapter.
- Diseña y refuerza estándares de trabajo dentro del Chapter.
- Sincroniza las prioridades del squad y del Chapter con el Product Owner.
- Se reune con el CAL (Chapter Area Leader) para definir las prioridades del Chapter y garantizar el desarrollo y conocimiento del Chapter
- Participa activamente en la solución de incidentes masivos y críticos.
- Facilita la adopción de la agilidad en conjunto con el Agile Coach.

**Conocimientos y Requisitos**:

- Has estudiado la carrera de Ing. de Sistemas, computación, informática, software, electrónica o carreras afines. (Estudio técnico concluido, universitarios a partir del 9no ciclo o concluido).
- Experiência en Banca y Finanzas, Telecomunicaciones, Empresas Proveedoras de Aplicativos (no excluyente)
- Experiência mayor a 5 años participando en proyectos con soluciones que integran componentes Host (Batch o CICS).
- Experiência en buenas prácticas de desarrollo de software.
- Experiência en Framework de Seguridad.
- Inglés técnico a nível intermedio.
- Conocimientos sólidos en los siguientes lenguajes de programacion: Conocimiento JCL, Utilitarios (SORT, IDCAMS), Cobol Batch, Cobol CICS, y Assembler básico (no excluyente)
- Conocimiento en Endevor (opcional)
- Conocimientos solidos en manejo de DB2, VSAM, Archivos Secuenciales y GDG (generacionales)
- Conocimiento sólido en sistema operativo Z/OS / AS400 / Z Linux (Opcional)
- Conocimiento sólido en herramientos host: File Manager, Sysview, CA MAT (Opcional)
- Conocimiento sólido en CA Scheduler, ESP.
- Conocimiento en Sysplex y Cicsplex (CICS)
- Lenguaje de comandos de sistema operativo Z/OS (REXX), Windows, linux o AIX (opcional).
- Conocimientos en SNA, TCP IP.
- Herramientas de integración y despliegue continuo (nível básico).
- Conocimiento de lineamientos de seguridad y servicios criptográficos.
- Conocimiento de patrones de seguridad: autenticación mutua, certificados digitales, llaves asimétricas (TLS 1.2, SSL, HTTPS, RSA Adaptive).
