**¿Ya sabes que hacemos los Project Manager Senior en el BCP?**

Gestionar proyectos e iniciativas del banco y subsidiarias, relacionados con tecnologías de información o negocio, siendo responsable de la ejecución de los mismos dentro del presupuesto asignado, del tiempo comprometido y el alcance definido, alineando la estrategia y objetivos del negocio.

**Nuestras responsabilidades principales son**:

- Realizar la estructuración del proyecto facilitando la planificación General y planteamiento de la estrategia de solución del Proyecto identificando los riesgos y problemas desde el inicio y a lo largo del proyecto, siendo proactivos sobre la base de lecciones aprendidas que previenen problemas y mitigan riesgos potenciales.
- Asegurar que el proyecto cuente con el equipo idóneo y recursos necesarios dentro y fuera de la empresa antes del inicio de cada proyecto, facilitando la toma de decisiones y creando un ambiente colaborativo con los equipos que interactúa.
- Gestionar las actividades hacia el cumplimiento del objetivo
- Gestión de staffing y presupuesto
- Transformar el proceso de negocio.
- Gestionar la relación con los Stakeholders involucrados.

**Debes postular a este rol solo si**:

- Cuentas con experiência de de 6 -7 años como Project Manager Senior, Jefe de Proyectos, Gestor de Proyectos, Liderde Proyectos, etc.
- Eres bachiller/titulado de las carreras de Ingeniería de Sistemas y Cómputo, Ingeniería Industrial y Sistemas, Administración o afines.
- Cuentas con conocimiento en la elaboración de presupuestos, definición de la estructuración y desarrollo de proyectos analíticos multi-áreas.
- Has liderado proyectos de alto impacto para la organización.
- Has coordinado los proyectos con un impacto directo en la empresa y plazos fijos estrictos, es decir elabora y gestiona los planes estratégicos para guiar todas las fases de las iniciativas desde el inicio hasta la entrega del producto, gestionando riesgos, conflictos y dependencias para garantizar el éxito de las mismas.
- Has diseñado y elaborado planes de gestión de riesgos (métodos, herramientas, roles, responsabilidades, recursos financieros, etc.) elaborando un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de riesgos.

**Sobre todo si dominas**:

- Nível avanzado de Microsoft Project
- Conocimientos Safe
- Management 3.0
- Curso Safe
- Curso Kanban
