Production Artist, Plush

Youtooz creates designer toys for the heroes and role models of the internet — Youtubers, Instagram influencers, celebrities, rappers, and more. Our mission is to bring the people you love to watch and keep up with on the internet, to your desk at work, the shelf in your bedroom, or even in your living room for everyone to see.

We’re looking for a Production Artist to join our plush team. This is a supporting role where you’ll be responsible for creating turnarounds of our plushies from concept designs in Photoshop / Procreate, as well as creating specification files in Adobe Illustrator detailing the materials, dimensions, and production techniques of our plushies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create turnarounds based on concept art
- Create specification files using Adobe Illustrator for manufacturing
- Create vector files for embroidery, appliqué and sublimation

**Requirements**:

- Strong Adobe Photoshop and/or Procreate and Illustrator experience
- Strong illustration and drawing skills
- Proficient in anatomy and proportions
- Versatile in styles
- Systematic thinking, extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communicator — fluent in English

**Bonus**:

- Previous working experience in toy manufacturing and/or pattern making
- Familiarity with the Pantone color system
- Working knowledge of a 3D software tool (Maya, Zbrush, Blender)
