**¿Ya sabes que hacemos los NON-FINANCIAL RISK SPECIALIST?**

Somos los encargados de asesorar la gestión de Continuidad del Negocio, desarrollando los lineamientos y marco metodológico para el establecimiento de estrategias de respuesta de mitigación ante eventos de desastre y gestión de los eventos significativos que impacten a la organización a través de las estructuras de gestión de crisis, por medio de la aplicación de mejores prácticas y fortaleciendo la cultura y concientización en las diferentes unidades para contribuir en generar eficiencias en los ingresos esperados de los negocios de la corporación.

**Nuestras responsabilidades principales son**:

- Analizar el impacto en el negocio (BIA) de los productos y servicios del negocio y soporte e identificar los más importantes, considerado como vitales. Diferenciar si un producto es crítico según sus impactos ante una interrupción.
- Gestionar los incidentes masivos y los eventos significativos con impacto operacional y reputacional, y desarrollar los reportes de los impactos y seguimiento de los planes de acción para la solución. Estar alerta a los incidentes fuera del horario del banco.
- Asesorar y realizar el seguimiento del desarrollo de las Estrategias y los Planes de Continuidad del Negocio.
- Planificar y monitorear la ejecución del Programa de Mantenimiento.
- Difundir el Programa Cultura y Concientización de Continuidad del Negocio, a los equipos involucrados.
- Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar los indicadores estratégicos, tácticos y operativos que mide la Gestión de Continuidad del Negocio.
- Brindar asesoría y soporte en el diseño de implementación de los planes de acción destinados a mitigar la exposición por riesgo no financiero.

**Nuestras responsabilidades principales son**:

- Eres Bachiller de las carreras de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración y/o afines.
- Tienes experiência en riesgos no financieros 2 años, especialmente en continuidad de negocio.
- Tienes conocimientos en la metodología Scrum.
- Microsoft Office nível intermedio (Excel avanzado) - Indispensable
- Herramientas de mensajería nível intermedio - Indispensable
- Visio / Adobe Intermedio - Indispensable
- Idioma inglés nível intermedio - Indispensable

**Opcionales**:

- Tienes certificación en BCI y/o ISO 22301
- Tienes certificación en la ISO 27001
- Tienes certificación en la ISO 31000
- MS Project nível intermedio
- Power BI nível intermedio
