HR Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at Paired. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing human resources activities and programs for our remote workforce. Your role will involve working closely with employees and leadership to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage payroll
- Create schedules and calendars
- Prepare budgets and reports
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Participate in regular meetings
- Build support networks with managers and owners
- Develop and maintain employee handbooks
- Advise management on ideas and tasks
- Consistently advance knowledge of company systems and operations
- Take on any new related tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
